Watching the championship game just reminded me of how far we have to go just to be marginally competitive with GA and AL. It ain’t a talent gap, it’s a talent canyon. Will take a few years of outstanding recruiting and outstanding player development. I am just not sure our calm, reasonable, mature, soft spoken, and level-headed fan base has the patience for that.
