I must say VN has been the best board around. It's great that we've recently had a thread congratulating Freak. He's been awesome along with all of the mods. It's been an awesome year and a half for me. We've had some great arguments, and some crazy arguments in which we've all let emotions get the best of us. I'm very proud to have been apart of this board. The members are awesome and are as good as any fanbase there is. At times we've became upset with each other. Things happen, I take no offense to anyone on this board. I may be gone but I've appreciated everything and everyone on this board. If anyone has ever been upset with stuff I've posted then I apologize. I'll continue reading on VN and will take a lot of knowledge away from the insightful views of many posters on here. As I set here with a terrible sunburn, headache, and 450 miles from home I thought I'd say farewell. So for one last time(exception being pickems), goodnight nation and it's been an honor:salute:


P.S. Doozer, I look forward to kicking your butt in Nascar pickems.

Well, the good news is that I had vowed to myself that I would stop posting by June the 5th if someone had not made some goof ball comment/wager about going away if their prognostication did not come true.

I dodged a bullet there.

even if I had that kind of bet with a dude, i wouldn't make the guy leave. maybe own his avatar for a year or something. but so long buddy

no one made the bet with tnfan07, he set the standards himself. Doozer had no part in the matter, except helping the man stay true to his word.

If there's anyone to blame outside of 07, it's the detroit pistons for getting old.

going back and reading the thread, it appears I had as much to do with the bet as anyone. But i never told him to make the proposition.

I propose a proposition. If Tennfan07 wins either the regular NASCAR Pick 'Em or the Letterman Chase, he can come back. Anyone agree?

And it should be noted that I make that proposition as one of his biggest enemies.

Having enemies on a sports board is pointless, if everyone who shot their mouth off quit posting, this board would be empty (and I include myself in that). Oh well, work it out amongst yourselves.
