If you think they can't come up with plans in 3 months with the architects that are around Knoxville and the Southeast then you are just as naive as you claim I am.

Actually, it takes a long time to generate plans for a building, especially one the scope of TBA. You may see that the project started in March, but it actually had been in the works for much, much longer than 3 months. The project was out to bid latter part of 2006, and drawings were nearly complete then.
 
Chris Low said on 1045 here in nashville that Hamilton has made it a point to be a practice almost everyday since the Florida game and he doesnt think that will change.
