Our administration is really showing their arrogance. We are chaisng people who are pimping us for raises. We find a guy who wants the job, make an offer that is accepted, then tell him we want to counter our own offer......Every coach knows we are now desperate and they are calling the shots. However, TN AD thinks they'll do better by walking away to sniff another coaches crotch. WTF...as I sit in my office a couple million dollars away from being a millionaire I can even tell you not to pull that BS!
