You make it sound as though Chavis eventually matched wits with Spurrier and turned the tide. As evidence of this claim, you point out Chavis going .500 over a 4 year stretch. :ermm:

Do you really think you could have gone .500 against the ode ball coach as D-Coord or HFC? Or, are you aware of any other SEC D-coords who did that during his last 4 with the Gators?

You should let go of the idea that a dynasty will exist in college football under current scholarship limits. After doing that, you can become what all negavols claim to be... a realist.

Are you saying that you would like to see Trooper as a OC or something?

He has never called one play before, hes fine where he is...Good for motivation and coaching wr's...Don't know if I would want him up in the booth though...At least right now anyway...

Some fool called in this morning and asked if Cut would be considered for the Michigan job! Doc and Jeff's response..... I don't know but he wouldn't take a job outside the south!

he could handle more responsibilty with the team, and Yes keep him on the sidelines, whatever he is doing!

I need to see emotion on the sidelines when I watch the Games and he usually gets everybody JUICED!

Arkansas not hiring Cutcliffe would be as big of a mistake as Ole Miss firing him...

I have been a big Cut fan from way back. Thought Ole Miss had slipped a cog when they fired him, and Weis made a steal when he picked him up for ND. I was and am thrilled he came back home, don't see him leaving again, until retirement, but you never know.

That would be a terrible lose for our program if Cutcliffe leaves for Michigan. :cray:

Cutcliffe is a good coach. But if he leaves i won't be to unhappy about it. Maybe phil would actually look for someone who isn't a retread but i doubt it. Even if he did he would handcuff what he would allow him to do.
