Does ut follow suit and have patterson, hunter, and rodgers drafted this year but all in the first or second round could be a possibility

With our three guys they all have the body types NFL scouts love to watch play. The Arkansas kids were/are tremendous receivers but they do not compare to hunter/rogers/patterson physically. If they have the same statistical years as the three Arkansas receivers combined with their NFL body types they will all be first rounders.

Draft also depends on supply and demand. Is the WR draft class deep this year? Do many juniors decide to come out/stay? Do many teams have a need a WR in the first roud? That all comes into play

I hope all three of the and bray are first rounders if that happens then more than likely tennessee has won the east

When was the last time 3 underclassmen WRs all declared from the same team in the same year?

I can't even remember it ever happening with 2 from the same team in the same year.

Point being, I don't think it's something that's going to happen for a lot of reasons.

Good grief....Patterson hasn't played a single down of sec football and already he's a 1st rounder. Cart and horse analogy come to mind??

Rogers imo will be the only one to leave this year....and if he has the same stat line as he did last year he will be picked somewhere between 25-35 overall in the 2013 draft.

Bray, Hunter and Patterson I believe will all stay... and I believe if all will be as advertised...all three will go in the top 40 overall in the 2014 draft.

No reason for Hunter to stay if he stays healthy. He will be gone.

I agree but I think he may need another year to be what we all think he can be. I think he will have a good year this year, but I think if he stays another year he will have a monster year. I think it will push him from 20-30 overall to 7-15 overall if he stays.

I will clarify that he doesn't need another year to develop...he might need another year to fully recover from his knee.

Wright and Adams went lower because they're smaller, Childs would have went 1st or early 2nd if he didn't hurt his knee back in 2010. He's finally 100% and getting rave reviews in Minnesota.

If he's projected in the first 4 rounds I think Da'Rick is gone. Hunter and Patterson I think will end up staying unless they have simply absurd seasons, which I doubt they will have since they will be sharing catches. Hunters knee is a problem for scouts and they may be hesitant to take patterson early based off one season of production only. May as well wait and make sure he is not a one season wonder before spending an early pick. Bray should stay if he's smart. Matt Barkley going to go first barring an injury and Tyler Wilson, Aaron Murray, Landry Jones, and Geno Smith is a pretty deep qb class. Plus he has injury concerns now too

Will be the last time that happens for the hogs for a while after Malzahn takes over next winter.

Why don't you just debate my point instead of responding like a middle-schooler.

There is no doubt that Fade has his moments and can be annoying, but he is right in his statement. Alshon Jeffery didn't go in the first round and the year before last he had 1500 yards receiving and finished second in the Bilentnikoff. That was in the SEC. Fade, along with every other Vol fan, hopes that Patterson comes in and makes DaRick and Hunter look average, gets draft #1 overall, and surpasses Jerry Rice as the greatest WR of all time, but lets not get carried away just yet... He still must pass the clearinghouse before he steps foot on the football field.

Rogers will not have the same stats in 2012 as he did in 2011, unless there are more serious injuries in the receiving corps.
The offense will probably resemble what we had when Manning was here. Ran the ball to set up the passing game.
Bray spreads the ball around for between 300 & 400 yards per game and the running game goes for 100 or 125 per game.
Those 300 to 400 yards per game in the passing will be shared by Rogers, Hunter, Patterson ( depending on how quickly he learns the system) Riveria, Neal, Downs,
Pig, ( depending on how quickly he learns the system, Dallas Vincent and Zack Rogers.
With that many receivers being used, I don't see Rogers getting those numbers again, unless he breaks a few for long gains. That will give him the yardage numbers but not the catches per game numbers.
Key #1. Running game Key #2. Injuries

they will all have to have more than 1000 yards receiving and im just not sure there are enough games on the schedule...

but I will hope!

In fact I just want to see Rogers make it through the season without being suspended, getting in a fight, or mouthing off to a coach. I would like to see Patterson first get through the clearinghouse and practice with the team one day. I would first like to see Hunter perform at the level he was pre-ACL.

Besides, Arky could not have WR's that good. They weren't 5 star rated coming out of HS.
