He found his way out of a sticky case, smart judge.

If he hadn't recused himself, one side or the other (whichever side this new lawyer wasn't on) would have been crying foul and claiming its all part of a conspiracy til the end of time.

Keeping hope alive? For what exactly?

Things are so much better under Biden than Trump. Can you imagine if that guy had been President during the Chauvin trial and the other recent events? Epic disaster.
Uh the riots before the trial werent enough for you?

The border? Who the czar hasnt even acknowledged.

Prices of just about everything up.

Still no Covid plan or metric (no change from trump)

Just about everywhere Trump avoided international conflicts has had the Hornets nest kicked under Bidens watch.

Pushing back the pullout of Afghansitan for clearly a political ploy.

Another couple trillion out the door in the first 100 days.

Dude doesnt even know if he is allowed to take questions, and is on a shorter leash than the one Trump should have been on.

Stopped at a gas pump?
Tried to buy anything?
Lumber?
Quick visit to the southern boarder?

We actually went from record unemployment to stimulus packages.

Yes things are so much better now. If by better we mean everything falling the **** apart.

I thought lumber has been a problem for awhile.

Yes. All unnecessary problems caused by unnecessary shutdowns.

I'm trying to find a graph on lumber prices, but they've been getting crazier for a few years for multiple reasons... hurricanes, tariffs, pandemics, demand, etc. I just skimmed this article and I couldn't find a date, but I don't think it even mentions the issues with the resin plants that are forcing OSB (and drywall) even higher.
Why Strong Demand and Tight Supply Have Caused Lumber Prices to Soar - NEBS

You can see settled lumber prices here. A lot of the recent movement up is driven by a huge supply / demand mismatch. A lot of producers scaled back or shut down during the lockdowns. Demand actually didn’t fall that much...but supply sure did.

If you’ve got trees, they aren’t selling for any more than they used to. It’s just the finished product.

Edit: forgot the link

Same thing with meat that people panicked about. Supply chain issue- not supply issue.

Could be he’s been paid off or black mailed by one of the hundreds of leftist lawyers dispatched to AZ

or could be he and his family have been threatened by leftists commies if he continues to participate

...Or it could be the reasoning the judge provided in the link you posted, which seems perfectly legitimate.

Demand has probably been going up in my area despite the pandemic. So obviously supply is an issue, but shut downs are partially to blame, along with other factors, but I think lumber is definitely not a "Joe Biden caused this" issue.

In fact, prices may be starting back down based on your link. Don't know how OSB is factored in those prices, but some issues at resin plants caused a spike in OSB prices, which were already high even before the election.

Yeah, a lot of people decided to do home improvement projects during the lock downs. I thought fewer home builds offset a lot of that.

I don’t remember mentioning Biden anywhere. I was just providing a link to the index and some comments on what was driving the crazy price bubble.
