Does anybody know if his DEAL is more, less or same as before he entered the portal? He came back because his injuries were a concern with NFL teams a draft time. He needed more time to heal and coming back was his best option.
No idea but how much is he worth in the portal. His year wasn’t great and he’s still injured. There I go speculating but I would bet he’s back on the same or lower deal.Does anybody know if his DEAL is more, less or same as before he entered the portal?
I DOUBT we upped it, a bad precedent, as it would minimize risk for doing so. But I am really partial to facts, not speculation. GOT ANY?
Hopefully Knowles knows. Carter has a high motor and he is an accomplished leader saying all that he gets out of position some, a step the wrong way and has to make arm tackles or miss tackles but he has the leadership to definitely help this team. He and Telander have great leadership traits and they both get out of position some and Telander is a bit slower so the re adjust can be even more yardage given up . Older smart guys is what Indiana has, some not recruited as highly as these 2, defense should really be good. Now we have to hope we don't have a QB & offense.Maybe Jim Knowles can teach him how to play LB.
I mean he was already replaced on the roster by another guy bc he was going pro but then came back. He probably lost NIL money already. Probably wanted to test his market value and it wasn’t great.Gonna be honest. I couldn't give a $h!t. "I'm home"? You just tried to leave. Celebrating this guy is like having a girlfriend leave you, realize that no one better wants her, then having her walk in and say "I'm staying. I realized how much I love you......"
Bad decisions are what young folks do best. At least that is what I didI mean he was already replaced on the roster by another guy bc he was going pro but then came back. He probably lost NIL money already. Probably wanted to test his market value and it wasn’t great.
I wonder who’s advising him? You would think he had a draft grade already before declaring to go pro.
Not that I’ve found. He may try to bypass it and hope to heal which would be a mistake. 30 or so years ago, I heard mine when the ligament popped. The pain instantly afterwards was fairly bad and I have an extremely high tolerance for pain. I ignored it and pay for it periodically to this day. If I had it to do all over again, I’d seek surgery. Hopefully he does.Wait. So he hasn’t gotten the surgery yet?
