It has the potential to be a fun game... anyone heard anything good or bad about it?

Yeah, from the videos i saw on EA's site it looks decent. The graphics are good, and the gameplay will be fun with huge hits and the fast placed arena gameplay... it'll be run and gun

Makes it sound a bit like The League (Blitz).

yeah, that's what i was gonna say.. a more sophisticated Blitz game (if that makes any sense).. just more structured offense and stuff

I'm all for it. One of the things I don't like about Madden is I feel like I'm playing inside a swimming pool where everything is sluggish and I don't have any control. A fun, blitz type arena game would be pretty darn cool.
