Are you getting more optimistic or pessimistic about the upcoming season?

I'm being honest. I think it's probably a 7 win team that is going to "ugly up" just enough big games to keep it close in the 4th quarter and keep us on the edge of our seats.

And maybe win a game or two Tennessee shouldn't on paper.

The only real "blowout" I see on the schedule is the UF game and I can see it being close for 3 quarters until the depth chart of UF takes its toll.

To the original question, it all depends on what you are looking for. We look at 8 win seasons as a down year, and 5 as a disaster. I think you will see gradual improvement that will lead to 8 or so wins which by our historical standards is down. The level of improvement is the biggest gauge IMO, which may be hard to see in Ws and Ls this year.
