I can't decide what to do!!! I love checkering Neyland.

I'm gonna be honest.... I'm probably going with smokey grey. Last year during Georgia I wore my grey, my wife wore her checkered overalls, we broke a streak.

Superstition.

Wearing greys.

Ill be wearing grey at tailgate and then orange for my section in the checkerboard. I get wanting to rep the grey, but you have to help the checkerboard look good.

And it looks sooooo good! It's really fun to get in early and watch the checkers fill in. I honestly don't understand how a Vol fan in the stands wouldn't want to contribute to something so cool. I mean it's as close to making an impact on UT football as most any average fan will ever come. Do it!

Actually the reason checkerNeyland don't work well is too many choose NOT to participate and the football gods don't like that.

There is a maximum number of people that don't "get into the spirit of the football event" they will allow before
they just say, "Hey, these rubes got no real football spirit". And give the game to Tennessee's opponent.

You HAVE to wear the right color. Orange or White. SMOKEY GRAY WILL CAUSE US TO LOSE!!

Because the last checkerings have been extremely successful in terms of helping the Vols to victory.

Dont care for people not wearing orange or checkering, but if it's what they are planning, it should be done right.

A sea of orange is always preferred though... GBO...

wearing my grey shirt from last year uga under a white polo... Double win...

Alas, I do not have tickets to the game. I'll be watching at home, wearing whatever is orange/white/gray and comfortable.

A part of me thinks this checker neyland is not going to be as great. I haven't seen this one promoted nearly as much as the previous two.

No matter what color pants I wear to the game, after the game they'll either be the same color if we win or smoky brown if we lose.

Got a grey polo this offseason, bought a White one thinking I would be in the white section for the game. Found out they were switching it up, and I'd be sitting in the orange section. Needless to say, I'm wearing Orange :)
