Think about it..the similarities are there...

Senior QB..possible strong running game...possible strong D...and most of all...practically NO HYPE. Nobody is picking us. Or maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part

Possible strong D? Anything is possible, but losing our two best d-linemen and 3/4 of our secondary doesn't make me think we'll be significantly better than last year.

I do see the similarities. Has anyone else heard or seen anything about if they are still thinking bout running the 3-4 defense?

The 3-4 is supposed to be added next week I think. It is just situational and not anything base. Only at certain points and/or against certain teams.

Why do people not understand that we lost Harrell last year? We have coped with that and moved on before this offseason. The loss of McBride is legit, but we also have added a year of experience to a very inexperienced group and seem to have tapped some potential. We also brought in a couple newcomers that could contribute early and Mapu is back to how he was when he was very good.

If they are still even CONSIDERING the 3-4 defense, that doesn't say much for our defensive line and it's not like it isn't already a place for concern.
