Are we all in agreement now that 12pm games suck for everyone involved and should be banned from ever occurring again?

Nope. That didnt take long. lol

I do prefer the later games but away games at 11 dont bother me because I more than likely aint going to them.

We are Volnation. We agree on nothing.

But as for your question...... yeah I dislike the noon games and we are above that.

Honestly, I HATE waiting all damn day for a kickoff. Not to mention getting home at 2 am after late games are finally over. I wouldn't mind every Tennessee game be at 1pm. I personally enjoy doing things at night....like going to dinner or something else socially or relaxing and watching more football (while hopefully enjoying a UT victory).

I would be happy to watch the Vols playing at 3 am in a dust storm. Wait, I have watched them at 3 am while in a dust storm. Haha.

But seriously, most important for me is what works for our lads. I think they probably prefer later starts, you know, being college kids whose body clocks push for sleeping late and staying up late. So I'd be with Coug on this, mid-afternoon or early evening start times probably best for the team.

I was glad the game was early. We had time to enjoy it and still have an evening to do something else.

Seeing they are confined to curfews and early classes, I don't think this is an issue

I remember a time when I was younger and when they played most big bowl games on Jan 1 that the cotton bowl started at 10 am central. I loved it.

I didn't mind it being on at Noon. I had the rest of my day to do what I wanted to do after that.

During the Dooley years night games were better so I could get good and sauced up to numb the oncoming sh!tshow I was about to watch. Now that butch has us winning at least the games we should, I would be cool with more early games. If your 28 or older(or at least me and my friends) you probably wale up before 9 am anyways. That gives you time to get your stuff together and you still have the evening free.

I feel like 3 o'clock games are the perfect time. You still get a decent amount of time to tailgate, plus once the game's over at around 6 or 7, you can still go to dinner or back to the hotel and start pre-gaming for later festivities.

Direct pregame breakfasts are a gift from the gods, you filthy noon-hating cretins.

Agree and take it a step further. What do the players do all day to keep themselves pumped and focused??

It was an 11:00 AM game in the time zone where I watched it, so I don't care if 12:00 games are banned. I like the 11 o'clock games.
