Heading to Dillon Wednesday night/Thursday morning to spend the weekend on the slopes. I have a three day lift ticket to Keystone (easily my favorite place to ski in the area) and I bought a one day ticket for A-Basin. I've heard it is great skiing, just wondering if anyone on here as any first hand experience there?

I used to live in Denver and went up to either Vail, Beaver Creek, or Keystone most weekends.

It's great. Not much else to say. It's great.

a basin is best known for being open longer than anyone else....but the snow is good all around there.

I done that trip 4-5 times. I thought you could get lift tickets that were good for A-Basin, Keystone and Cooper Mountain.

I enjoyed Keystone and Cooper more than A-Basin,

Have a good trip

I enjoy the friendly confines of Beaver Creek myself...but I admit that I am a ski wuss. Have fun UT. I am jealous.

Is that a euphemism? You are on my watch list, troll.:)

I am jealous, too. I have never been skiing and at this point wonder if this old dog is beyond learning that trick.

I wish it was a euphemism. I prefer the gentle blue (intermediate) runs on my ski trips. I have not wrapped myself around a tree yet so all is well. My goal is to learn to snowboard with my kids. I recommend skiing to everyone. There is no better way to spend your vacation time. You can do it V.
