True, but Northwestern actually beat a team they shouldn't have when they took down Stanford.

And Stanford beating USC makes it look even better. I think 17 is a little high for Northwestern though. I mean beating Duke by 9 isn't anything to pride yourself on. Guess it's the record and carry over effect because of the USC game I guess.

Our strength of schedule just keeps sinking. From 5 opponents in the Top 25, the highest one at #2, we're down down to barely 4 (Mizzou teetering at the edge), with the highest at #7.

On the good side, that means the road to the SEC East keeps looking less daunting.

On the bad side, these are the same teams they were a few weeks ago, we're just gonna get less credit for playing them.

Meh, doesn't matter...win and the rest will work itself out.

Go Vols!
