As close as this race is, does anyone think the reason Edwards has not endorsed anyone is because he has promised his delegates to both, depending on the situation? He only had 26, but that could be a big difference.
Obama is 185 pleged delegates away and has a 15 Super delegate lead over Hillary, so he only needs 170. There are 242 delegates still at stake, not counting Florida and Michigan.
Hillary is 152 pleged delegates behind Obama.
I think he told Hillary, "If you get close enough to Barack that my 26 will help you, I will endorse you and tell them to side with you." Same for Barack, "IF you get close to the number needed and my 26 will help you, then I will tell them to vote for you."
Question is, what does he want? I don't think it's VP. Any ideas?
