I would think that the Official UT website would have gotten a real picture of him. Perhaps we've been conducting practices in secret?

i think they could of easily taken that and edited it from when he was with the raiders.

Nope. It's because one of the changes he's making is the have a UT uni that's all black. Hence the black pullover.

I can just see Spurrier jumping around the roofs around UT's campus, all nimbly-bimbly, trying to catch Kiffin partaking in some shenanigans.

UTAD: Kiffin! We need you to take official pictures for the coaches section on the website, as per policy.

Kiffin: Okay, but I have a lot on my plate, make it quick.

UTAD: We also need a picture for our banner. We'll need you to put on gameday gear and look fierce. Like... ummmm, you're disagreeing with a penalty or a bad spot.

Kiffin: ..... are you kidding?

UTAD: Yeah, we'll just photoshop you. It'll give the internet posters something to debate about.

I am pretty sure that is a pic of him in Raiders garb with a couple of photoshopped orange power T's
