Anyone see any positives about the 2008 Vols?

I have zero complaints about the defense except the 2nd half of UCLA and even that was more coaching than players.

I am a big Foster fan, but I'm very disappointed. You would think that the coaches would develop him into a great RB by eliminating his "problems." He's still running like he was when he was a soph.

The defense is very good. If the offense could have produced ANYTHING this would have been an SEC championship caliber team.

Gerald Jones certainly has had no sophmore slump; kids a stud. Too bad we don't have a QB that can get the ball to him consistently.

overall, i see a lot of young talent on this team... i agree that this could have been an sec championship team with a decent offense. it looks like the sec is seeing more and more parity. theres a lot of talent coming back and coming in next year. a new coach to pump some new life hopefully.

The defense. The young defensive ends. Gerald Jones, Denarius Moore in the limited opportunities he's gotten, Lennon Creer, Montario Hardesty. Would like to see Ahmad Paige with a chance. Hope Stephens is the answer at QB. Was so high on Crompton before the season.

If we had somebody other than Chavis, the defense would be rock solid this year. We have solid talent on the DL and in the backfield.
