Those have been much talked about but I don’t believe are available as of yet. The baseball team has them as well as one random person. May be homemade. @mad4vols is the official source for Vols merchandise and may know more.

Coach Vitello had them made just for the team last year and I'm told they are not reproducing them for anyone. Supposedly there is an agreement with everyone in Knoxville not to produce them. They are very proud of their special caps.
