Anyone know of a cheap photo editor

just looking for simple stuff. resizing, getting rid of red eye, lightening up the image, etc. I assume there's some shareware I don't know about.

You should be able to download here. It is a really cool program. A little confusing to me, but I haven't really played with it much.
