Anyone else find it suspicious that CLK fired EVERYONE???

To avoid hurting anyone's feelings, maybe kiffin should have kept everyone, hired no new coaches, and used Phil Fulmer as game day consultant and had him call plays on O and D!

we all know why jim bob and the other ga's said that crap,is because they said that to cover the embarrassment and there pride of getting fired, by saying that the new staff are going to cheat.i can here jim bob now"hey man ya know why kiffin got rid of us,because he wants to recruit different and cheat, and didnt want us around to witness"but more redneckish.

that just shows the character and style of the old coaches and ga's.thought they love big orange, they should be wishing the program lots of wonderful things for the future.

A total makeover was necessary to get out of the state of mediocrity that had haunted this program for years.

I think the OP has some credibility now. It was obviously overstated and the people he was talking to were somewhat ignorant of NCAA rules but we have now seen a secondary violation occurred around the time of this post. Not that I care about it that much. Just found it interesting.

Good move. Glad he got the last remaining remnants of the last staff out of town...

You have to have complete loyalty in your staff to make this work, I think Fulmer was a great person and those from his old staff had their allegiances to him.

Additionally, turning over the staff completes this housecleaning for a fresh start.

True. Plus it's always a good thing to replace incompetent personnel with a competent staff.
