CBS quoted him during the game as saying the team has no leadership...

that is evident..
where are the guys that are supposed to be firing each other up....making the big play...making a big hit...pulling guys back from moronic unsportsmanlike penalties....
WHO ON THE FIELD IS ACTUALLY A LEADER ???

Yeah i heard that comment. Said the coaching staff is the only ones that are fired up. Sounds like more excuses. Hard to get fired up when you can't even line up right,or hold onto the football. Not run into yet another running back. Its sickening to watch.

Briscoe was trying to be a leader, but you can't just become a leader 1 hour before game time.

Is there something in the water up there? They play ball like they're on thorazine.

Well.....I suppose that would be the result of those bad recruiting years kicking us dead in the butt. With no elite talent to hide his flaws...... we get exposed.

Yea, no leadership as in coaching.

Amen. Look at Pat with Fresno State - that team may loose but the passion screams through no matter what they do. Phil has none except for a double fudge sundae after the game while watching film or something..........

the only leadership i am seeing on the field is coming from the under classmen who arent used to losing. Give it time and it will feel like an old shoe, Mr. Berry.

You cannot develop a LEADER, IMO. If they don't have one, you can only hope one of the young players emerge as the leader. Foster, for example, can't just assume the role as leader if he's not a leader type player. The other guys won't buy into it.

We should scout for guys with fire, passion, and leadership skills. We should always have an Al Wilson-type guy on the roster. Wishful thinking, I know.

Eric Berry needs to be our leader,he's the only one who remembers how to play football.

Well, now that I know that we kind of suck, it's not as disappointing as the UCLA game, bc/ I actually thought we were going to have a great team.......man, was I wrong!!

I think our program has officially been run into the ground. Florida just kicked the dirt on us.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome the entire football team to the underside of a bus. Phil just threw you under it!

Attention "Coach": What does the "head" coach do? I would hope he would "lead" the team. Perhaps thart is where the leadership is breaking down.

@(&&* Phil, you act as if the team is letting you down because it can't coach itself. Do you think Saban waits araound for his players to police themselves. I sincerely doubt it.

Does anybody think we could lure Goldie Hawn away from the Wildcats? Don't laugh, it would be an upgrade.

Our coaching staff is a sad joke.
