The FG gave us the lead going into the half. That's something positive to build on during the halftime speech. "Troy scored 20 unanswered points and they're still losing." We get the ball back in the 3rd with a good chance to expand the lead. We weathered the best our opponent had to throw at us and we're still in the lead. Huge for morale.

Your user name should be diarrhea. Just exploding with excuses. Kicking the fg was correct. The fact that we needed to kick it in the first place is the problem.

Agree 100%, even though its somewhat of a gamble with Palardy; you tried 3 times and only got 3 yds, kick it take the lead to build on.

kicking that fg at the 1 yd. line shows no faith that your offense can get it done. Yeah, we made the field goal, but with the way our D is playing, we need touchdowns to win. I have no reason to believe that our D will stop them in the second half so yes, going for it on 4th and goal would have been the right call, imo.

Dude its one yard against troy for a td. If u cant manage that, you dont deserve the lead. Were averaging like 9 yards a play

im booing because i feel like when its 1st and goal from the 5 and you have a timeout and you want to run. you do so on 1st or second down.... why in the hell do you throw it twice then run up the gut on the must score down???? we should never have had to kick the field goal. if were going to run why not go beast mode with johnson two plays in a row on 1st and 2nd? you cant tell me he doesnt at least get down to the one on two runs against troy. who the hell runs on that down and distance!!! its so confusing and frustrating!!!
