That we're turning into the Washington Redskins?

Don't get me wrong, I am excited about the hires, particularly Monte.

But does this look like what Dan Snyder has been doing for the last few years to anyone else? throwing money at big names and hoping it works?

here's hoping we can show Danny how its done.

Alabama threw $4 million at Nick Saban to get back on track, so why shouldn't we play the same game they did?

I feel better then had we kept Phil.We have the talented players. Offensively we were not coached.A much firmer hand will be at the controls now.

The only worry I have is will I run out of beer during the first game. No worries regarding the staff.

This staff already has chemistry. Lane and Ed have already been successful working together; and Monte...... well Monte is Lane's Dad.

It doesn't hurt to try, we weren't going anywhere fast before, it was time for a change.
