Anybody just see that graphic? The Raiders have led the league in penalties for 3 straight years and last year they gave up at least 1 penalty on 25% of their opponents' scoring drives. It generally not good to both suck and cheat at the same time.:wacko:

Merriman just rushed right by him, grazed him, and fell to the ground. So what does Brooks do? Gathers himself, and walks right into Merriman to get sacked anyway.
