Any word on JRM?

I have my doubts on JRM. He really couldn't handle the contact from tackling. You could tell it was very painful for him, and it was causing him to miss tackles. Hopefully with another week of rest the pain will go down.

Don't know any details but I saw JRM square up for a tackle and tried to raise his arm and totally could not make it happen. Shoulder must be really hurting but credit his guts to try it anyway.

What about Kirkland Jr's status? Do we have a time table for when he could be back?

He's had shoulder issues since before UT.

Tough kid, but those shoulders are taking a beating. Many surgeries and therapy with immediate aggravation is taking it's toll.

McDowell is crucial.
