Any word on how Alexis Johnson is doing this spring?

He is doing fine. Changing his body slowly learning what he needs to do to play at this level. He had a really good scrimmage last week early as well as Picou. Both we add valuable depth. Kmac and Vickers will be fine as they will hit the ground running training this off season. Tuttle we will just have to wait and see. Butler will get snaps this year as a TFreshman.

I trust this assessment. Thank you. :hi:

RPAV, do you have any updates on how Bain is doing? (I'm serious, not jokin this time).

Didn't Mckenzie have a knee injury his senior season before coming? I think that's why he was out of shape.

Regardless, he can't be out of shape for 1 whole year. Hell we get excited because a kid is an EE, but enrolling early only gets you an extra 5-6 months or so.
He didn't play his senior season due to eligibility. So, kind of hard to injure your knee.

Lol, very true.

However he tore his miniscus in his knee. Must have been at the end of his junior season or offseason practice.

I was just making the point KMac was out of "football shape" and looked like it when he arrived that summer. He was fine in like 3 months. This Johnson kid needs to get in shape and if he isn't, it's lack of commitment. I'm not saying it's easy to lose weight, but his athletic ability is the reason he has a scholarship.

KMac had a torn pec...twice. Not much you can do in the weight room aside from leg work. And no, you can't run especicially with huge bouncing pecs.

IDK but he changed school districts and they wouldn't let him play for one year so he didn't play his Senior season.

He got/was hurt for his first Spring on campus.

sorry been away. Paul looks the part Strength level is good Rock is doing well with him. His pad level is good lacks the explosion you would like but will add very valuable depth to this group.

Weight does not necessarily correlate to conditioning. I think the weight loss hurt Khalil. Look at the NFL and you see DTs and NTs who look terrible. Mt. Cody would likely have been benched by Butch. Siragusa?

I'm hungry. Thinking Arby's.

I need a "GYRO"
I'm holding out for a "GYRO" 'til the end of the night
He's gotta be strong
And he's gotta be fast
And he's gotta be fresh from the fight

Dislike button pushed, mashed, pounded.....

What about Cave. I know he put on like 40+ pounds after his senior season. Is he a guy that could see the field or just practice depth?
