Moved to Charlotte. Sucks to be me. Blah.

I am looking for a good place in Charlotte to watch the game with fellow Vol fans.

I'm in Charlotte :) It depends on where you live here, the alumni association meets here The University of Tennessee Charlotte North Carolina Alumni Chapter to watch the games. It's a long way from my place though so I've never made it out there.

If you're near downtown, Stool Pigeon's Untitled Document is "ok", there were 4 tables of Tennessee fans there for the Cal game.

If you're near the Pineville/Matthews area, Bailey's is pretty cool, there were 3 tables of Tennessee fans there for the Marshall game last year when I went, and Tennessee is the main attraction except for...and this is a huge disclaimer, when Alabama plays (it's their alumni meeting place). It's a cool bar, but make sure to check out what time the Bama game is on if you think about going there.

Hope this helps

I used to live in the Charlotte area... Jock's and Jills over by the old coliseum (near the airport) is a very cool place to watch games.

i live in Charlotte....i think you'll wind up liking the city...i've been here for almost 9 years, and i love it.

i've been to all the places that chidave referenced, and at one time Baileys in Pineville was the usual UT bar in town.

now, i usually watch the games at home....got a sports room done up real nice with a 50" HD, fridge full of beer and enough orange to make you think you were in a luxury box at Neyland.

Fox and the Hound in Uptown is another good spot, with plenty of TV's. but if you're looking for a pro UT crowd, i'd look up the local UT Alumni association and i'm sure they have places to go......but Bailey's is where i went for a few games when i first moved here.
