Brian Randolph....he looked like hunter last year leaving the field. My guess would be a torn acl and that would hurt our D a lot! Hope for the best but always prepared for the worst.....

That was awful to watch. I mean, I know it wasn't a Theismann-like horrific break, but he just dropped like a sniper got it.

Good luck and Godspeed!

Thats what I thought very strange how he just fell. Like his body pushed the stop button

Yep. Knee. Too bad he quit on his team, right VN? Guys tried to make plays the whole night. Just too many mistakes. Too many missed tackles, busted coverages, busted containment, dropped picks, dropped passes.

Amazing that most fans say the team quit, down 7 and 3rd and 9 in the fourth, after just stopping them the drive prior.

Ridiculous.

He looked he was shot. He's done for the year. Time for Lil Darrel to step up.

With the way he instantly just collapsed when he got to the runner I thought he had a heart attack. I was scared that it was really bad. It was such a weird way to see a person fall to the ground. Hate it for him.

I would guess ACL maybe more. Not being able to put any weight on it, plus how he went down that my inial thought. Hope no meniscus or petella damage.

Even if his knee exploded, and he still managed to play, our secondary wouldn't look a bit slower than they already do.

Not seeing much talk...but, figured it was most likely the diagnosis...anyone know?

I was thinking really bad knee sprain. Does an ACL tear require ice? And you can still put pressure on your knee right? I thought I remembered Hunter walking off on his own power last year at UF.

More than likely it's an ACL. Watching the replay, he was trying to stop suddenly which had the bottom stationary and the upper leg still going forward. I hope it's not an ACL but I fear the worst.

and we have poster after poster talking about how the team quit, as this kid just busted his knee up trying to make a play in the 4th quarter

I didn't see the way the knee looked when he stopped and planted then got hit.... But by the way the play went down, by his body language on the ground, And the way his leg was dangling when he was carried off it looked like an ACL tear.... I would say he's out for this year.... It's unlikely that's it's a sprain or a small cartilage tear.....

I'm hoping the best for Brian & for a speedy recovery if it's serious. I'm hoping that it's not serious, but watching them take him off the field, he was holding his leg up off the ground...no weight put on the leg which is a bad sign...right?
