Any truth to Rogan and McCoy being out for the bowl game? (merged)

There is a rumor on techsideline about these guys being out for the bowl game, and wanted to see if any of you had heard anything?

I know things like this get passed around too fast, so I just wanted to ask yall.

Absolutely! Crompton and EB, too! They all ditched their finals and are on academic suspension. Make sure to get that on the VT site ASAP!

Dont believe anything or listen to anything on techsideline...bunch of morons...Kiffin said a couple days ago that everyone is healthy and ready to go.

P&J, if there is anything to this rumor, you will hear the cries on here loud and clear. VolNation may not have the market cornered on mass panic, but we do our fair share.

Since we are talking rumors, I heard at the store this morning that Monte Kiffin was going to suit up and play defense against VT in the CFA bowl. Anyone else heard this?

I also heard that Monte alone will be wearing a Black NIKE Tennessee uniform (Pro Combat style) with an orange helmet and black Power T. Because he will not give up his coaching duties, Monte will also be allowed to wear his headphones while on the field.

Also, expect a cryptic twitter message from CLK on Dec. 30 in which he states "Johnny Burned the Biscuits But Will He Carry the Ball Against the Hokies?" That's right, Johnny Majors will be playing Offense for Tennessee in the Chicken Bowl as well.

The whole hostessgate sage is a ruse to distract from allowing both Monte and Johnny to play in the bowl game. Brilliant.

Finally, Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, Elvis is really dead, and Dale Earnhardt is selling used cars in Poughkeepsie, NY. At least that's what I heard at the store today.

First play is Rogan running back the kick off for a touchdown, so obviously he's gonna be there. Duh.

I heard about what happened. Rod went to the ER with abdominal discomfort after eating an entire live cow. However, the doctor couldn't understand what Rod was saying and misdiagnosed it as a headache. It seems Rod was speaking Russian....in French.

I heard it was Crompton that shot at the Sullins twins. Three yard shot but he missed, of course, so we're in good shape. Remember those jokes? :) I must admit I thought they were funny (sorry Crompdaddy).

Theres alot of smoke out there about this story right now. Clay Travis and Wes Rucker have both mentioned that they have heard this rumor from numerous sources but won't report until its finalized.

anyone heard anything more?
