Thought this one might be interesting for discussion.

I don't have a list of exactly which coach is recruiting which players so I'm just going off of memory.

I think I've seen Baggitt's name mentioned quite a bit and I seem to remember several players complimenting Hinshaw and Smith.

Fingers first I appreciate all you have done in the recruiting forum. My opinion I love C.L.T. connections but Coach Smith is who I believe will bring us back too a elite program once again j.m.o. GO BIG ORANGE

CCS can't be denied. He is the guy mentioned by the majority of recruits because they can relate to him and he is a proven coach through working with NFL guys.

I think Hinshaw should get a lot of praise for quietly tearing it up with some big names.

this staff as a whole does a very good job, they do it dooley's way. Coach thompson is probably the one coach thats involved with recruits thats not on his side of the ball. for instance M Jackson really likes CLT.

I have been pleasantly surprised with Hinshaw, but I think on almost every recruit I've seen a quote from it seems like they talk about how Terry Joseph is constantly talking to them. I know he is the coordinator, but he seems to always pop up.

Follow up question.

Tennessee has six commits right now from Georgia and that number could grow. Who has bee most instrumental in that region? Smith? Thompson?

Big day for Chuck Smith tomorrow. Per Austin Price, he is visiting Leon Mackey, Gabe Wright and Timmy Jernigan tomorrow.

It seems like Jernigan is a long shot, but just as they proved when they visited Rory Anderson this morning before his SC commit, this staff doesn't don't give up easily.

It seems to me that the recruiting is a team effort this year. From what I read they are all out busting their butts off.I dont care who brings these players in as long as they get here.

Did anybody read where Ga got a commitment today from the kid from the same high school as Crowell ? and its his cousin and the Ga people think they just got a commitment from Herschel Walker and come to find out the kid didnt even have an offer from any school.from what I read on ajc he will be the missing link. But the funny part is no bullmutt fan even knew he was being recruited and most never even heard of him.

Sold staff which reflects their head coach's personality. No helicopters, hostesses or limos for glitter just a very solid staff. Maybe that's why we hear constantly about other program's interest in our staff. Go Vols.
