Any thing new on Da'rick's grades?

That's great to hear that UT has accepted him, I think him, Hunter, and Milton will form quite a trio of Wide Receivers when it's all said and done.

Getting accepted to the university is one thing, getting through the NCAA Clearinghouse is an entirely different monster.

I feel like something more official would be out if he has truely qualified fully.

They never made it official that he was truly unqualified either! Internet chatter,I never heard anything official saying his grades were a problem! Until I do , he's in!!!!! V,B

If he's accepted to the University but can't get through the NCAA clearinghouse... that's pathetic.

I meant more from the time and effort that it takes to get through the clearinghouse. However the university has no minimum acceptance scores for the ACT/SAT or GPA. As long as you have the required core classes they have the choice of letting you in, and I'm sure the athletic department has some sway over its athletes' acceptance. So it wouldn't be too far-fetched for him to get into the university and not through the clearinghouse.
