He's played a number of games, and even some of the summer league games have been televised. The details of his minutes are available several places on the Internet. Certainly you would want to know something about it before deciding he's been treated unfairly. It might suggest that your posts are entirely without value, and then everybody will block you and you won't have any fun with nobody seeing your irrelevant opinions.

You and I must be talking about a different LeFlop James. If you want to understand irrelevance, go ahead and “block” me. Do that enough times and you’ll only converse with people who already bought the propaganda you’re selling.

LeBron James looks about as menacing on a basketball court as Hollywood Hogan looked hobbling in his back brace, but by all accounts continue to disagree with everyone of working age.

Whether you love or hate him, a 41 year old LeBron James is a better basketball player than Knecht.

I was honestly surprised by how many people believe that the NBA is real sport.. I don’t go around telling kids that Santa’s naughty list doesn’t actually exist, but I didn’t think remaining NBA fans were on that level either. I thought maybe they like watching their favorite college stars play HORSE for a living.

The only way Nate Ament is going to make it in the NBA is if he starts telling young fans to “support Israel” or “support LBGTQ”.. They only use professional sports to brainwash adolescent boys and Ament isn’t going to get far in that cesspool by repeating Barnes’s pebble story, unless he’s already a major star before he gets to the NBA. They’ll bury him in on the bench just like they have done to Knecht.

Truthfully I DGAF about your disdain for the NBA or anything else, this thread went to hell in a hand basket over Knecht sitting on the bench. Shouldn't we get back to the topic of Ament because Knecht and Ament are totally different players and you nor I know how this ends, unless you're an NBA scout which I doubt you're one.

It’s staged entertainment. I don’t think it matters who looks better than who in the NBA. The wishy washy rules and political pandering of the league is proof enough to me that it’s not trustworthy enough to really concern over which players are best. They’ll blackball a guy in an instant if he speaks up for Christianity. That has been proven very recently.

Listen, no one despises James more than me, but by playing right into an obvious troll's hands by continuing to feed him by responding, you guys have succeeded in allowing him to hijack a thread having zero to do with Lebron James or Dalton Knecht.

As soon as he said Knecht was better than James, it should have been game over and move on.

I've been enjoying the NBA playoffs this year. Part of it is that I'm a Celtics fan and I'm seeing them running a lot of the same plays that were so fun for us this year. We kept constantly getting lobs out of Spain action, which I bet has been a factor in NBA-focused transfers coming to us (Michigan, Iowa State, and Vanderbilt also run a lot of these). You can see the play a couple of times in this blog about the Celtics' Game 1 win.

I watched Keita in those clips and saw shades of Okpara finishing the lobs.

Something fascinating in there is Tatum's place in these plays. We ran a lot of pick and rolls with Ament as the screener or the ball handler, but you can see in one of these clips where Tatum sets the second screen. Maybe Ament can do more of that if he ends up coming back, but if he goes pro I'm sure he'll get in there when he does get some play.

I would love to see Nate play another season of actual basketball before he moves on to play NBA.

To be honest, I think he eventually winds up playing overseas, if only for reasons of conscience. I know Nate would use for good the large platform that NBA player status would offer him, but sometimes the platform itself speaks louder than the voice of the good man speaking from it.

The NBA product is ugly, on and off the court. Its product is anti-basketball, and its backroom compromises are anti-human.
The league could experience a revival of fan interest if the players' union went on strike for 1) a return to playing by the rulebook and 2) taking a no-compromise stand on regimes who employ slavery and organ harvesting.

The next challenge for Nate Ament after he adds muscle to his frame will be adding muscle to his beliefs. That's not a criticism at all. It's just the natural pattern of growth into real manhood.
