I know I’ll get roasted by some…”move on” and “don’t live in the past” etc. etc…….but I am genuinely curious if you all think some of our outgoing transfers regret the decision now that we have a little momentum and we can at least see the vision for CJH program . I know that we have a ways to go, but definitely making progress and TN has to be one of the most fun Offenses to play in.

Gray-love Small and Evans, but Gray would put up big numbers too….what about Chandler? UNC having a rough year…I think he might put up better numbers with us this year.

Jahmir Johnson/Wanya- those guys would help us a ton ….and I know AM is struggling and Morris is not a regular starter at OU….any regrets on their part?

And then on D Johnson/crouch would help us a lot….and Miami is not living up to expectations

Anyways, think any of these guys regret transferring now?
*disclaimer- I know some were probably asked to leave due to investigation stuff

You know, if you’re going to gamble - or if you’re just going to make your best guesses as to where you need to go in life - you have to go into it with the idea that whatever happens, it will be a win. There isn’t just one perilously narrow path that will get you where you think you want to be. There are hundreds of paths, many of which will lead you to the same destination, and many of which will lead you to completely unexpected places.

Do your due diligence, think it out, close your eyes, and jump.

You can’t tie yourself up in knots fearing bad outcomes.

If we hadn't had injuries in OL .. Calbert, Mays etc .. we don't miss any of the OL that transferred ... I think we are better at RB now .... Henry T is the only player we would miss possibly .. Couch no way , DE that went Miami no way ... maybe Lawrence at DB next year ...alot of publicity on how many transferred out ..but it was a blessing in 90 percent of those ...

Not missing anybody from last years backfield, but do wish them well,

Regarding the pathetic AD, the incompetent head coach, the cheaters throwing money around, Bev Davenport and Butch Jones, they can all rot and I hope none of them ever show up in Neyland Stadium again

I’ve seen more broke tackles from Smalls & Evans than I saw all year from Gray & Chandler last year.

Yeah you’re right. …..i meant that Chandler probably puts up better numbers at TN on the whole this year than at UNC…every national pundit acted like it was a huge advantage for him leaving, and statistically, I’m not so sure.

Did NOT mean that Chandler > Evans/Small

In fact I agree with most posts in that Small/Evans are better for us than Gray/Chandler would be(or were last year for sure).

Putting your head down and delivering a blow to the defender….moving a pile for a few extra yards….that’s stuff we’re getting now that our former RBs never did.

The difference at the RB position between last year and this year is very apparent.

It’s kinda hard to understand how it made sense for almost any of them to transfer. I’d say To’oto’o a is the only one that made sense. And To’oto’o is really everything try at was wrong with the program under Pruitt. He was almost certainly paid to come here. He has no ties to our program and really no ties to the entire region. He was a good player but good riddance.
None of the others made any sense at all. Why the hell would Grey or Lawrence leave? They were Tennessee guys to begin with and were both going to be major contributors here. We brought in a better coach. By a country mile. Why could they not see how bad Pruitt was?

I won't lie, It would be cool to play OU in a bowl and beat them with our old players...Man how sweet that win would be!...CJH would be seriously fired up for that one!...I know I know OU is way ahead of us talent wise but hey a man can dream right?...P.S. the only player that really hurt my feelings leaving was toto...That one really burned my a$$ mainly because he went to alabama, Our most hated rival...He was my favorite player at UT...Screw him...I hope Evans trucks his a$$ all game long.
