Any news on Faizon status?

I may or may not have heard from someone who does or doesn't work for KOC that the initial concern was his collarbone. This guy (or gal) was at the game, but definitely wasn't working on the field Saturday, so there's that.

Not sure what this "Shawshank Redemption" line is trying to convey. I guess it is my usual lack of understanding that has left me guessing....
My interpretation was that Faizon survived that horrible performance from the offensive line and that defensive onslaught from Texas and will be better because of it.

No doubt the young man is beat down bruised up. Probably should be rested. But wont be.

He wasn’t listed on Tennessee’s injury report, so the assumption is that he will play on Saturday. If a player does not play after not being on the availability report, the school faces a pretty significant fine.
Yeah
You would think that if he was questionable his name would be on that report.

probably just a dislocated shoulder on his non throwing arm
One doesn’t recover that quickly from a dislocated shoulder even if it’s on his non throwing arm. Even an AC strain is painful for a while and will affect ability to play.

With one of our backups was good enough to rotate in just to give his body a rest. Dude has taken a pounding this season already
