Anybody else think that we would have won with average QB play yesterday? Our plays were open and if we could have had an adequate passing game we would have beat the Gators.

1.) The Gators wouldn't haveeven been on the field as much which makes me beleive that they wouldn't have even put up 23 points.

2.)More points on the board for us would have made Teblow throw more passes. I don't know about anybody else's opinion but I really liked the matchup of our DBs versus Florida's passing game.

3.) It's over for Urban!!!!!!

I posted yesterday and ask if we had any of the starting QB's from 1994-2007 would we be unbeaten. I think we would have won yesterday and last weekend with a average qb.

I do not believe we would have won with any qb that we have now on the team... I also doubt we win with a first year Bray... we would have won win a Tee Martin or Casey Clausen .... NO DOUBT

Are you suggesting Heath Shuler would not have done well?

Not Todd Helton or Joey Matthews or Rick Clausen or A.J. Suggs (they all started at least one game).

You honestly think it's over for Urban? Come on man. As long as he stays at Florida, they will recruit a top 10 (probably top 5) class and be a top 5 overall program. Florida is a hotbed for talent. They don't even have to leave the state to get an absolutely stacked team. Zook was able to get talent beyond belief, but he just couldn't coach that well. I hope Meyer stays b/c I think the clashes between Kiffin and him will be epic in a few years. But, it would certainly make our lives easier if he wasn't there.

I was talking more about the guys that started the majority of the games i.e. C. Clausen, T.Martin, P.Manning or Ainge. The reason I didn't think about Shuler was because I didn't really become a UT fan until the 94 season so I don't ever think about Shuler. look guys I was trying to start anything with the post last night nor this one all I was saying was that with some of the QB's from the past this team would be a force to be reckon with.

That rinky dink offense he's running will look like the 2006 version after that fullback of a QB is gone.

Everyone wants our QB situation to be better than it is. And fact is, for this team, it doesn't have to be great. Great is in the future.

Believe that if you want. Meyer will have great teams as long as he is in Florida as much as I hate to say it. He will adjust as necessary.

Kiffin called the right game to beat Florida. You can't beat this Florida defense through the air. Ask Matthew Stafford how they went last year.

You can beat them through the air. That secondary is not just marvelous. They pick off passes that are thrown terrible. That Joe Haden pick should have been a big gain for us. The ball was short and late. A QB that would just distribute the ball to the open man would pick that Florida secondary apart. Our secondary is better. Our safeties are better than Florida's like I thought earlier.
