I had high hopes from him. He came in looking most college ready among other big DL signees like Big O etc. However he has been largely missing in past two years. This year in spring as well there was not much mention of him. Today in practice report his name did not come up in 3-deep as well. He is on roster and is active as student. Any information on him is highly appreciated.

Here's one opinion,

"That hybrid defensive tackle role that we discussed with Caleb Tremblay and Ja’Quain Blakely is a key part of the system for Rodney Garner and Tim Banks, and Dominic Bailey is the perfect fit to replace them given his size. Bailey had one tackle and a pass deflection last year, but his role should increase dramatically this year."

I think the LBs better get ready for a busy year.

Looking for Bailey to take a big step this season. I'll tell you another that may be ready to hit the "big time," and that's Bryson Eason. When we signed him out of Memphis, he was a 270 linebacker with good feet and lateral movement. Now he's a 300 pound DT, redshirt sophomore.
