I am always looking at the individual recruits thread and checking who is on campus for the camps.

My question is of the camps are/do we expect to sign any within the next few weeks?

If so, who do you think (60% or better chance of signing with the Vols).

If I recall this time last year June/July we went a week where the coaches hauled in like 6 or 7 recurits in a week.

I guess you can call it a "Who's next to commit" but in all seriousness I hate when you have someone on campus for a camp who we have only a 1% chance at getting and people are giving their pipe dream answer of who they want and not the who they think we will get.
I am honestly looking for a discussion on the legitmate shots of recruits we have a better than 60% chance at landing.

'13 JUCO DB Khambrel Garland says we are pushing for him to commit tomorrow, and he says he may very well do so.

Honestly, I think in the next few weeks we could get quite a few commits...completely guessing, but I would rank them as follows

Juco Garland
Juco T Johnson
Juco Bradley
Juco Billingsley

CB Donald Gray
QB Ferguson
DT Latham
OT Morris
WR Harris
CB Langley

I would say that there is a better than 60% chance we could pull any or all of the above.

if so, we will be done .that would give us 19 verbals.

There will be a number of defections and academic casualties before this class gets booked up - there always are.

During camps or through the recruiting process? Specifically, looking for camp commits.

Not sure about camp commits specifically, or any commits really. Just know that we seem to be in decent shape with many of those listed earlier and some could jump aboard soon.

Are there any DE's on the list or does that position fall to more hybrid LB/DE tweener in the 3-4?

Awesome four more JUCO's! Why doesn't TN just turn itself into a CC and be done with it. History has shown that the odds of any JUCO's making a big impact in the SEC are slim to none.

I think if you were to take the top 50 Vols of all time maybe Garner is the only one in the group that came via JUCO? If we are just looking for bodies then why not get someone in here that can learn your system for 4 years, not 2 years?

We have built depth now, 2 or 3 years ago I would completly agree with stop gap, plug in players. If you look at any of the top teams in this league, they are not built on JUCO's, there is a reason why most of these kids didn't make it to a 4 year school to begin with.
