Lol. He was selling it for 10k stripped and didn’t put it up for sale until 2 weeks before he had to get rid of it. I got lucky. The trailer is worth way more than I paid for all of it.

You're gonna need to find you a Mercury harness and key switch. You can go after market with everything else. I would go with single lever controls. You'll have to use 33C cables (generic) and adapters on the Mercury side as Mercury uses a special end.

For steering if you want to go inexpensive, go with a simple rack and pinion. Everything should be readily available on the net/Amazon. I like the seastar solutions stuff on the controls and steering.
