the flexbone can be a good offense if run correctly. just hope that you're never down by 21 late in the 4th with it.
do they make it harder to pass if your are running the flexbone? what if you put a traditional qb in there to replace your flexbone qb? i'm beginning to wonder if this is going to be the bs playbook of choice when playing people online.
Yeah, when I was running it at the beginning, he couldn't do anything to stop me. However, he started putting more people in the box and blitzing which caused me some problems. I didnt have alot of time on triple options to get outside the tackles with my qb, and pitching takes a second or two after the button press. I guess I just need to practice more.
Theres a few pa plays that look like an option or a regular run play but when u press the A button it will bring up the passing option and if you do this at the right time in the game there will almost always be a WR wide open.... just something to try
I've only played with GT once and I didn't like the flexbone at first but I'm pretty sure it can be unstopable if ran correctly..... Which I dnt know how to do lol so all I can say is practice practice practice. Find some plays u like and always switch it up. Keep the d guessing. Good luck

Just a little update. I played another few games with similar results. I did well starting out, but after a while, I couldn't seem to get anything going. My runs up the middle were getting stuffed and my options to the outside were getting snuffed out. I don't think the pitch button is as responsive as I would like, so I'm not pitching as much as I should. Oh well, here's to more practice.
