You can't create players through coaching. They are born. You must recruit them here. OSU spent way more and has a better on field product as a result. The point you are missing is Hartline developes WR's they either get better to get on the field or they transfer. He also knows what to look for in recruits. Coaching has to do with recruiting. That's nonsense, coaches look for a profile..... The model is either broken or they are not developing the kids we bring in period
