I have not been on here in awhile and I was wondering who thinks Kiffin will fail and how many thinks he will be good for tenn. Is it split down the middle in the volnation? I like him myself and Iam excited to see what he is going to do in the fall!:rock::rock:

probably should set yourself up a poll for better respresentatation of the VN views....as for myself, I see an okay to decent year this year (7-8 wins) but back in the national title hunt in no later than 3 years

Inexperienced, but lots of drive, knows how to put together a coaching staff and recruit! Should be a great coach, given time!!!

That is a good idea but how do I do it? Where do I go to start the poll?

I will step forward and say I think he'll have to call off the dogs in the WKU game, he'll expose UCLA and Newheisel...and he will shock the world beating the Gators 31-30.

Dan, I love your optimism, guess I'm too much of a realist. Kiffin will succeed if given enough time. We all need lots of patience.

I think he will do well. All I am asking for is to keep us out of NCAA trouble.

I think he will do well as long as he stays out of trouble. Either way he has put UT back on the map. Recruits know who we are and are interested again.

Creating a new poll

When you post a new thread, you may have the option to also create a poll.

This function allows you to ask a question and specify a number of possible responses. Other members will then be able to vote for the response they wish, and the results of the voting will be displayed in the thread.

An example poll might be:

What is your favorite color?

Red
Blue
Yellow
Green
Sky-blue pink with yellow spots
To create a poll when you post a new thread, simply click the 'Yes! post a poll' checkbox at the bottom of the page, and set the number of possible responses you want to include.

When you click the submit button, you will be taken to the poll creation page, where you can specify the question and the list of responses you want to include.

You may also want to specify a time limit for the poll, so that (for example) it only stays open for voting for a week.

Honestly, theres no reason we cant win 9 - 10 games this year. The three teams i think we have the best chance at losing to are FU, UA, and Ole Miss (we could upset one of these). I see every other game as winnable.

He has done everything and more that he promised when hired. Got us a great recruiting class, hired a tremendous staff and (bad or good) UT is being talked about alot....all this after a 5-7 year. I think we pull an upset or 2 this year....get another great recruiting class (Scroggins please) and look out for the Vols in the future.
