Another Name to Ponder for Coach

No need to ponder we have our next one..(supposedly )

Supposedly......that is what concerns me.....Gut tells me Gruden will not come here...Yes I have been wrong, but looking at all the potential candidates and lists around here I just don't see any high profile coach waiting to come in to rescue this program......

With all the Eggs thrown into the Gruden basket what happens if he says "No"...... who will say yes to Tennessee.....I don't think that there are very :unsure:many top tier candidates that would be interested.

He will retire at USCjr.....and I dont not want him as a VOL! Next please....

If we'd got Spurrier when he returned from the pro's maybe it would have worked. Spurrier is a gator and will always be and would never be a VFL. Just like now while he's a cock, it's all over when he retires. Well, he'll always be a little cock too I guess.

True. He's a gator at heart but will always have a little cock in him. Maybe even a little Redskin, who knows?

"Got a big crowd in here! Ok, we wound up 5-11! Not very good! But there was some worse 'un us. I guess that's one positive way to look at it, we weren't the worst team in the league. But it wa'n't very good. And we're disappointed. And offseason's here, so we'll try to regroup. And try to make this team, this franchise better."

No way, it took him 6 years to get SC turned around and at 67 I dont see him taking on another project like that. I do think TN could be turned around quicker but when he leaves USCe he'll retire to the golf course.

The only project he'll undertake at his age, other than SC, is lowering his handicap and working on his short-game.

You mean it can take a coach like Spurrier six years to rebuild? Hmm.
