Well we assumed 50+ point wins over UTC, Kent State, and UTEP before the season started. So I’d say 25% of those bad teams expected to do better against us.

Kind of irrelevant to what I said, but I assure I am not assuming anything against Vanderbilt. Also, nothing I think will impact the game.

My point is all we know about a team is what they did last year until this year’s game is played. Football is a tough game and parody is greater than ever with realignment. No one predicted Boise to take Oregon to the wire in their first game this year. Nobody foresaw BYU or Indiana coming on the way they have. I believe all those teams were below .500 last year. Everyone thought FSU would contend for the ACC again this year. How’d that one turn out?
