Another issue is the O-Line

Downfield coverage was terrific. It's an incredible luxury to be able to cover an offense one-on-one and let everyone else tee off to their heart's content.

I didn't watch the WRs that much, but I did see quite a few open guys if the throws would have been to the right guy on time.

Crompton missed a TE in the endzone in the 1st H that would have made a big difference and instead nearly threw in INT to a guy totally covered. He also missed a wheel route that was really open, and the INT on the post was pretty open. But like I said, I was watching the line since that's where the action was.

Guys I just dont think our Oline is that good. McNeil or no McNeil. Cant wait for Fulton, Jose, and Schoefield! UT use to be a great team when we dominated the trenches. We no longer do that and I blame this poor performance on Fulmer for for not recruiting 1 SEC level QB or really more than 2 or 3 SEC level OL.Kiffin will be fine, one bad day coaching does not ruin a career but this one sure does sting...

they're also just not too good at pass blocking (esp. a blitz), but also have a really awful quarterback behind them
