Another crappy loss to another crappy team and even crappier coach

No the hell he wasn’t. SC is a better football team then us and Pruitt still put us in position to win. We would have lost by a much bigger margin with Butch as our coach. We will win another SEC game or 2, probably still get in a bowl. I can’t stand fans like this. This loss was very hard for me to take in also. But it doesn’t mean I lose all common sense like a ton of negavol posters on here. This is his first year coaching someone else’s mess. This team hasn’t given up and still fights. I’m very happy with our coach. No, I’m not cool with moral victories or losing. But look at the damn situation. We knew this BEFORE the season started.

Yep they were even all the sports analysts and Vegas agreed hence the 8 point spread. Butch left us with a terrible roster but we have some fans that expected us to go 9-3 and set themselves up for disappointment . After beating auburn we expect to win games like this as did I but I wasn’t shocked to lose either considering growing pains are going to happen.

If hes beating Pruitt in year 2 and 3 like he did them you can add him to the list.

Exactly. We also lost some good players from last years horrid team. Pruitt is essentially working with nothing. He’s still making good things happen. I hope we finish this year strong, and I surely hope Pruitt finishes with an inspiring recruiting class.

Not off. But that wasnt his best coaching job.

Ultimately the really good coaches turn things around rather quickly & find ways to do more with less while they’re bringing in their guys. To me Pruitt is our coach for the next several years & if he wins an SEC Championship in year 3 he will be a great coach. He has not exceeded expectations with Ws, not yet anyways but he has exceeded expectations with recruiting.
