Regardless of winning out and a bowl game win is there a possibility we might have another mass exodus of assitants this off season, and would that be reason enough to replace him. Dooley doen't exactly have a great track record of keeping coaches around.

Dooley Will not be here. Im sure Gruden will keep Graham, Pittman and he could keep Sal as a LB Coach.

Gruden will choose who he keeps. Likely Graham and Pittman.

If it is Gruden, I doubt he keeps anyone. He will hire all his guys as he knows winning has to be from day 1. He can't take a chance on getting to know people on the job. JMO

Pretty sure the new coach, whoever that is will be bringing in his own staff.

I think whoever the next coach is, he will probably take a hard look at both Graham and Pittman and see that OL and RB are the 2 most improved positions on the field this year by far. I understand that new coaches like to bring in their own staffs but good coaching is good coaching. Could he really bring in anyone else to do a better job than what these 2 coaches have done?

I can't say yes or no and be sure. Who knows who he could bring in with his NFL ties. I do agree the run game and OLine has been better. Both are good coaches. If a Gruden was hired, I doubt then stay. If a Tubberville, Smart, or Strong were hired...I think they have a better chance at staying.

He has to keep Graham and Pittman. Their contracts are different then the current coaching staff.

Negative. They may have longer contracts than those who stayed, but there is no way an AD can demand an incoming coach keep any prior staff member. I still think Gruden would keep Graham. Can't imagine a better RB coach than him. Dude can coach and flat out recruit.

I think Sal was the only coach given a 3 year deal. All the rest were 2 years. The Dools & Chaney contracts are a bit different as their buyout money is guaranteed even if they find other work if fired. The other coaches would have their buyout from UT adjusted as such if they found work.

Nope. Both Graham and Pittman have 3 yr deals as well.
