Are you referring to their decision in letting Andy Kennedy walk after his interim season at Cincinnati? If so, I couldn't agree more.

I'm referring to both the decision that led to Andy being the interim coach and the way they treated him. In actuality, once he had other offers, there was no way he was going to work for the trash currently inhabiting the President's and AD's offices at UC now.

I wasn't aware of his mistreatment prior to being interim coach. After the guiding the Bearcats through an eventful offseason, and almost leading them to an NCAA Tournament appearance despite playing one of the toughest schedules in the country that year, you'd think they would have done all in their power to keep Andy around.

Andy is quite vocal about the fact his mentor and biggest influence is Bob Huggins. Zimpher, Thomas, et al weren't going to stand for that. When Andy had Huggs brought to the floor for the Senior Day festivities, that was his way of telling Dumb and Dumber where to shove their head coaching job.

The funny thing is that I was in Mercer's basketball arena for their opener last week where they struggled and finally pulled away from Georgia College and we were joking about what was going to happen when they went to LA to play USC. Little did I know . . . .
