Considering how the coaches of Tennessee called the game it was a deserved loss. Who throws the ball from the half yard line on first and goal. Then we start playing for field goals. Lucky to get back in the game thanks to some great play by Kelly. Had it first and goal and couldn't get anything but a field goal. Tough loss.

Kidding, right? Get rid of the drops and bad routes. Find a kicker who can hit a routine kick... and UT is the winner. The D played MUCH better the last play not withstanding.

Shoop is out of here? Butch jones threw the ball on 1st and 1 on the 1 yard line. WHO DOES THAT? It's called a QB sneak. Do it 4 times. JESUS!

Defense held us in the game until the offense threw 3 ints and gave Florida the ball after the kickoff in Tennessee territory # 14 could have knocked down the bomb just be putting his hands up.. Thought game to lose and we had a lot of chance to win this ball game. In the end, penalties cost us the game.

Aside from three missed field goals, three picks, failing to score with first-and-goal inside the 1, and giving up a Hail Mary on the final play, Butch's game plan worked to perfection!

wtf did we only have 2 guys deep? when we know they have to score a TD... let them catch it short and we tackle them. damn

Can't blame this on Shoop! Our D played great, besides the last play!

FL should have never got the ball back with time on the clock. We should have ran the ball (from the 6) and scored a TD or took a TO with 5 seconds left and kicked a FG.

Now! Who's fault is that?

Not sure what Shoop can do. I think since high school you're taught not to let someone get behind you with 9 seconds left. Abernathy missed the reminder.

Our D played great.
A couple goofs -- but also a few fabulous plays.
But overall, D owned Florida.

Except for the last play, defense played more than good enough to have curb stomped FL. This is Butch's offense. His offense failed to score more than two TDs after living inside the 30 ALL afternoon. Unless a miracle occurs, this is a 7-5 or 6-6 team based on what was displayed today. This is the worst FL team that I can remember in the last 30 years.

I absolutely hate going out of the shot gun from the one foot line absolutely insane.Hand it to #4 four times and if they stop him so be it.

Three missed FGs. And 2 goose-eggs in the red zone. 4 passes inside the 5 even though John Kelly had 141 yards and a 7.4 yard avg. You just can't make this stuff up.

A FG would have won it. They only needed 25 yards to b in FG range. Had to play D, but not let anyone behind u. We didn't
