Stat wise, glennon is a gamer tho and will be a great player. He has a cannon and really felt losing all his talent at receiver.

Amerson got exposed. Got caught peeking in the backfield on both TDs, and generally got beat consistently by the UT wideouts. In his defense, that's a pretty damned good passing game.

To Amerson,s discredit he was pre season all american and even though he was abused he will still be all american cause that is the way the votes go ,but he did not look like he should be all state let alone all american.

It was very pleasing to see Amerson get ran by over and over again. We might've cost him his spot on the All-American team this year.

Think about how the USCe QBs looked last night floating those balls in the air. Vandy should have had 6 Ints. With our group easily see 5 INTs in the USCe game.

Glennon is a gamer. Amerson got exposed and a star is born tonight in Patterson.

He will get Hiesman mention in next couple of weeks. Book it b%#ches!!!

Who is this amerson you speak of? And looks like glennon should have gone to the making camp. He might not have thrown 4 pics lol

Amerson=Overrated..All-American or not.

So glad he got exposed b/c that's all we heard for weeks is how great he is.:blink:

Heat got to Glennon...adjustments by the Vol D took his game down a level. I like what I saw tonight from the D....and they will be a factor this season for sure.

Rogers is a speedste by the way. Let me tell you how good our WR]s are.....Amerson is projected number one corner in the NFL and he will be..... That's how good CP and Hunter are. Hunter was rusty and that was to be expected..... alot of improvements to be made from the first game..... NC State offense has a lot of playmakers and will win a lot of games....

the expressions on Amerson's face while sitting on the sidelines was priceless. All bug eye'ed looking like, " i didn't know it was gonna be like that."

I loved the look on Amerson's face after the 3rd Touchdown that went past him, Priceless! Go Vols!!!! :loco:
